Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated miners to join our team. As a miner, you will play a crucial role in extracting valuable resources form our mining operations while adhering to the highest safety and environmental standards. If you have a passion for mining and a strong commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain mining equipment and machinery.
- Conduct safety inspections and follow safety protocols at all times.
- Perform drilling, blasting, and excavation activities as required.
- Ensure the efficient extraction of minerals and ore while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with a team to achieve production targets.
- Assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Adhere to all environmental and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 5 years of previous experience as a miner in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mining equipment and machinery.
- Commitment to safety and the ability to work in challenging and physically demanding conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo training and certifications as required.
- Familiarity with environmental and regulatory compliance standards is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
